Who Am I?

I know what it is like to feel as if your world is crumbling around you. After 21 years of marriage, I found myself divorced as an ex-pat in a foreign land. I felt hurt, overwhelmed, and helpless. I had no idea what to do to begin to move forward in my life.

Step by step I began to heal and improve my mindset until I developed an empowering one. I began to learn what steps to take to be able to move toward the new life I knew I wanted. As I achieved successes ( big and small) I became confident that I could create the life of my dreams. Today I have achieved so many things I never thought I would have in the initial stages of my divorce. 

I am committed to helping other women successfully navigate from divorce to living the life of their dreams as I did. Today I help other divorced women to heal, move on and build amazing lives for themselves. I help them to develop confidence and a step-by-step plan to create the life of their dreams. I would love to be able to help you too.

About My Program


Who It Is For?

Module one

Understand Your Emotions


  • Identify and gain clarity on how to deal with your disempowering emotions so that you can move on with your life.
  • Uncover how your thinking affects your emotions so that you can control how you feel and behave.
  • Gain certainty that you can control how you feel so that you will no longer be controlled by others.


Becoming aware of what you feel is a vital first step in the process of being able to heal and move forward in your life. In this module you will discover how to identify and control your disempowering emotions so you can regain control of your life and feel good again.

Module two

Release Emotional Trauma


  • Uncover how to release emotional trauma so that you can focus on building a happier life.
  • Finally understand how to forgive yourself and your mistakes so that you can love yourself again.
  • Learn how to protect yourself from ever experiencing this kind of emotional trauma again.


Most people don’t realize the effects emotional trauma can have on their lives. How it can hold them back from seeing who they really are inside. In this module, you will release the trauma so that you will see the authentic beautiful you. Allow your true self to shine through. What has happened in your past does not have to define your future!

Module three

Set Your Boundaries


  • Implement boundaries that will enable you to be present in the moment for yourself and your children.
  • Create boundaries with others so that you can create an environment that nurtures you.
  • Master how to choose uplifting people to be around so that you can be empowered.


In this module, you will set boundaries so that you can preserve your peace. Many people find themselves giving up too much of themselves because they neglected to set boundaries. They end up feeling disappointed with themselves afterward. Setting boundaries helps us to look out for ourselves and our children by keeping our best interests at heart. Setting boundaries is a form of self-love.

Module four

Release Your Limiting Beliefs


  • Demystify how your limiting beliefs are formed so that you can recognize them.
  • Clarify what limiting beliefs are standing in your way so you can eliminate them.
  • Discover how to eliminate self-doubt so you can believe in yourself.


Limiting beliefs have the power to affect our lives in profound ways. Because limiting beliefs can be so deep under the surface of our minds they can be challenging to identify. This module uncovers beliefs about yourself, relationships, and what you believe you can’t achieve that are simply untrue. Once discovered we will eliminate them so that you can do the things you want to do and be the woman you most want to be.

Module five

Empower Your Mindset


  • Understand how the beliefs you create in your mind can control what’s possible for you to achieve.
  • Identify the beliefs you need to adopt so that you achieve your goals.
  • Create an empowering mindset that gives you unshakeable belief in yourself and your dreams.


You can achieve whatever your mind believes you can achieve. In this module, you will discover how to overcome your limiting beliefs that are no longer serving you by creating new beliefs that will empower you to become the person you truly want to be and live the life you want to live.

Module six

Discover Your Dreams


  • Uncover your values so that you can establish goals that complement them.
  • Establish your goals so that you can create your dream life.
  • Discover what it is that you enjoy doing so that every day you work towards it you increase your self-esteem and personal satisfaction.


Most people have clarity about what it is that they don’t want. However most never take the time to discover what it is that they do want. This module uncovers your innermost dreams and desires. And we make sure that your values are aligned so that you can create the life of your dreams.

Module seven

Plan How to Achieve Your Dreams


  • Achieve clarity about what steps to take so that you feel certain you are moving towards your desired future.
  • Create a step-by-step plan for your life so that you can begin taking action.
  • Gain confidence that you are now on the right path to the life that you truly deserve.


In order to get from where we are to where we want to be, we must take action. Many times we know what we want but aren’t clear on how to get there. This module is designed to take you step-by-step through what actions to take to achieve your goals so that you can proceed to create your dream life with confidence.

Maintain Your Empowered Mindset


  • Strengthen your resistance and resilience to the beliefs and behaviors of the past.
  • Create an uplifting environment so that you remain motivated to continue working towards your dreams.
  • Develop habits that support you so that you continue to transform your life and achieve your dreams.


Many times we spend so much time trying to change the people and things outside us. What we don’t realize is that the only thing we need to change is our “self”. In this module, you will unlock the keys for how to make permanent changes from within so you can stay persistent in working towards becoming a better you and building your dream life.
